The firm has its roots in founding partners Sheldon Ganis and Howard Lubcher who share a set of ethics and standards of quality that brought them together to form a singularly exceptional firm.
More than three decades ago when Howard began his accounting career working for a large international CPA firm he never imagined he would someday become partners with one of his supervisors. When he left to form his own firm, he never wavered during his firm's 30+ year history from his goal to maintain the standard of service he learned.
During this same period Sheldon continued to grow, becoming a highly accomplished senior tax partner at Grant Thornton, LLP. His expertise as a tax professional and dedication to his clients is unparalleled, and their loyalty to him is exceptional.
Over the decades Sheldon and Howard learned that their professional styles and areas of expertise were highly complementary, conferring on professional matters and at times referring clients to each other.
In 2018 they brought together those same ethics they shared as young accountants, and the experiences and expertise they had gained over many years, to form Lubcher & Ganis, LLP.
The integration proved to be virtually seamless, creating an incredible blend of big firm expertise and small firm, high touch, personalized service and attention.
